25560 $ costs!

Relax Maria, just think about it and understand the equation needed to solve the problem, just don't take the answer, understand it.
Good luck my friend, I love you.

I visited Canada once and they used the imperial gallon as a measure of gas.
So depending on which "gallon" you are speaking of:
1 Gallon US = 0.8326738 Imperial Gallons
15 US Gallons = 56.78118 Liters = approximately $40.31
15 Imperial Gallons = 68.19138 = approximately $49.13

So take your pick!

If a Canadian gallon is the same as an American gallon, then 1 gallon equals 3.785 liters. Working out is in the comments section, a Yahoo glitch makes answers disappear

1 gallon = 231 cubic inches
1 inch = 2.54 cm
1 cubic inch = 2.54^3 cubic cm
1 liter = 1000 ml
1 ml = 1 cubic cm

15 gallons =>
15 * 231 cubic inches =>
15 * 231 * 2.54^3 cubic cm =>
15 * 231 * 2.54^3 ml =>
15 * 231 * 2.54^3 / 1000Liters

0.71 * 15 * 231 * 2.54^3 / 1000 =>
71 * 15 * 231 * 254^3 / (1000 * 100 * 100^3) =>
71 * 15 * 231 * 254^3 / 10^(3 + 2 + 6) =>
71 * 15 * 231 * 254^3 * 10^(-11) =>

$40.31
